Nuvula Brand Return Policy


Nuvula Brand is a print-on-order and custom fashion pieces company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if customer or store ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Nuvula Brand offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with our team using the return form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.

Please note that Nuvula Brand will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. Nuvula Brand won’t be responsible for unauthorized return packages.


If there is an error with your order you can cancel the order within 12 hours of placing it. This can be done via email. Once an order has started production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.

Damage to a package and Insurance

Once your package leaves our studio, it is the responsibility of the Carrier. Damage caused by the Carrier or by careless opening is not the responsibility of Nuvula Brand. If a package is damaged by the Carrier, we can open a claim if the package was insured. If your package is of high value, you may be able to add additional insurance to it. Contact us if you would like to ensure your order or if your package arrived damaged.


In an effort to reduce the impact of returned products, we reserve the right to donate or recycle any returned or undelivered items. Custom printed products will not be resold.
