Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days of the order delivery date. Items must be purchased directly from www.nuvula.com and returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.

All approved returns are issued as Nuvula store credit only. We do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price may also be returned for store credit within the 14-day return window, provided they meet the return conditions outlined above.

All returns require prior authorization. Nuvula is unable to accept or assume responsibility for any items sent back without approved return authorization.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

As a made-to-order brand, production begins specifically for each order placed. Once an order has been placed into production, it may no longer be canceled for a refund to the original form of payment.

Orders canceled after production has begun are eligible for Nuvula store credit only.

International Returns

Customers outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Nuvula is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.

Once an authorized return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in accordance with our return policy. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

At this time, prepaid return labels are only available for eligible orders within the United States.

Fill the form below with your order number and the reason for your return.

2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE

Place the return label outside the box and a copy of the order invoice inside the box.

3. CALL THE COURIER

Contact the courier indicated on the return label or bring the package to the carrier drop off.
