How do I return a garment?
Returns or exchanges may be requested within 14 calendar days of the order delivery date. Items must be purchased directly from www.nuvula.com and returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags intact.
Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are considered final sale. These pieces may be eligible for store credit or exchange only and are not eligible for a monetary refund.
All returns require prior authorization. Nuvula is unable to accept or assume responsibility for any items sent back without approved return authorization.
Due to the made-to-order nature of our special order and customized pieces, these items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Any express shipping request will be deducted from the total credit or special delivery accommodations are non-refundable and will be deducted from the return total. Eligible balances will be issued as store credit.
International Returns
Customers outside the United States are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Nuvula is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Once the return is received and inspected, a refund or store credit will be issued in accordance with our return policy.
At this time, prepaid return labels are only available for orders within the United States.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN?

Fill the form below with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place the return label outside the box and a copy of the order invoice inside the box.
3. CALL THE COURIER
Contact the courier indicated on the return label or bring the package to the carrier drop off.
